  • 2021年起,EON体育4平台🏐🏭,助理教授🪖,碩士生導師🥄🛞。

    2017年畢業於香港中文大學,教育哲學博士、博士後。近十年來一直專註於教師的反饋和學生自主學習能力的發展研究👆🏻。基於我國教育實際首度開發了“高中教師反饋量表”(Teacher Feedback Questionnaire, TFQ)。建構出不同類型的教師反饋影響學生自主學習及學業成績的模型🎹🌡;提出就不同類型學校、性別、年級、學業水平的學生,教師應如何“因材施饋”以促進學生自主學習。

    作為核心研究成員參與了香港教育部門多項研究課題👲🏽🤾‍♀️,並圍繞教師反饋與學生自主學習在Current Psychology, Language Teaching Research, System, Applied Linguistics Review, Studies in Educational Evaluation 及《全球教育展望》🧏🏻‍♂️,《教師教育研究》等國內外高水平教育心理學及課程與教學領域期刊上發文十余篇。同時擔任十余家SSCI 期刊的審稿人,及教育界國際頂級會議AERA 的審稿人。
