主要從事研究生教育領域的科研和教學工作。先後獲得加拿大麥吉爾大學（McGill University）課程研究碩士和教育研究博士學位，曾在加拿大從事研究生教育領域的博士後研究。科研項目曾得到加拿大國家學術資助機構“加拿大社會科學與人文研究會（SSHRC）”以及“中國教育部人文社會科學青年基金”和“上海浦江人才”的資助🙍🏻‍♂️🙌。聯合講授的博士生必修課曾獲得EON体育4教學成果集體一等獎。在加拿大的研究工作可以參見https://www.mcgill.ca/doc-work/
