Innovative Paradigm of Postgraduate Enrollment

SOE attaches great importance to postgraduate enrolment, and promotes an innovative paradigm of student enrollment "primarily by recommendation and additional by the national postgraduate entry examination" since SOE was founded. The quality of our students has been further enhanced, by all students enrolled in 2023 graduated from "double first-class" universities.

Partnership With Top Public High Schools

To achieve the goal of building a world-class school of education, SOE has invited over 40 principals, high school experts, nationally renowned high schools like our consultants. Despite ranging pandemic in 2022, SOE forged new partnership with 17 high schools, whose experienced school teachers engaged in building workshops to cultivate postgraduate students from SOE, hoping them becoming excellent high school teachers in the future. The first 30 M.Ed students are now working as interns at our partner high schools.

Great Progress in Teacher Preparation

While being officially on their journey as future high school teachers, these 30 students take part in various competitions. XU Jing, who wishes to become a high school Chinese language teacher, won the first prize in the "Tianjiaping Cup" National Teaching Skills Competition for full-time postgraduate students with master degrees in education this year.
